Harvik completed a
Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Hong Kong and worked as an
Audit Clerk for a CPA firm prior to enrolling in graduate study at UNSW.
He completed his Bachelor of Law degree in 2007, and will commence a
Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice at the College of Law in 2008.
Harvik has completed an
internship with the International Humanitarian Law Department of the
Australian Red Cross and has undertaken various legal research projects
for a barrister. He is particularly interested in Immigration Law
due his studies in the field, as well as his own experiences, both of
which have influenced his perception of the Australian visa system.
Harvik loves Sydney and
always tries something new each year. He has completed the SMH
Half Marathon and the Sydney Blackmores Marathon in 2006, and the Bike
Ride to the Gong in 2007. Harvik is a native speaker of Cantonese.
